None at all. Most people start as complete beginners — every session is built around your level, so you'll learn proper technique from the ground up without ever feeling out of your depth.
No membership needed. In-person sessions run from a fully equipped space in Portsmouth and the gloves and pads are provided — just bring comfortable kit. Prefer to train online or from home? We'll build it around whatever equipment you've got.
